If i open normally i get just desktop background. Is there a way to get into safe mode so i can try some of these options? Well that makes at least 3 of us. I also have the same problem. Well, if its really caused by one,, ive run the complete scan and I did what the instructions told me so.. Another cause might be spyware, and sometimes it is not detected by the antivirus software.
There are many freeware spyware removers that will do the job for you. Hope that this is of help. They were soo easy and right to the point and the visuals helped alot! Everybody who is saying that registry editing was also disabled by your administrator. Search up how to fix that. Then when you fix it. And when you find disable task manager and disable registory editing delete both of them and they will work fine.
